What is your return policy?
We hope you love your order! In the rare case of a manufacturing issue, please contact us so that we can make it right.
If you're unhappy with your order, we also offer a one time replacement per customer. Please note that we are only able to honor the replacement guarantee for products within 30 days of the purchase date.
Currently, we are unable to offer replacements for international orders. Pawp Culture reserves the right to deny guarantee requests in its discretion. For replacement, please email us at hello@pawpculture.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship internationally to Canada and select EU markets. Just enter your country at checkout to see if we currently ship to your location.
Do you offer cat products?
Currently, we only offer products for dogs. But we want to bring cat products to you very soon.

All of our products are designed in New York City, and manufactured by trusted partners in China. These suppliers go through a rigorous selection and evaluation process before working with Pawp Culture.
